Membership Benefits/Services
AMAGF’s primary service offering is loan packaging and placement of Commercial Business and Real Estate Loans focused on the Veteran Owned small business.
Our services are needed in connection with a business/commercial loan request because commercial lending institutions as well as the Small Business Administration (SBA) and other government entities such as the USDA that guarantee business loans require that loan requests be prepared under rigorous guidelines in order to be reviewed and approved. The reality is that today's small business owner isn't an expert in business/commercial lending and that's where AMAGF's team of experts comes in.
For example, the SBA underwriting guidelines are detailed in a 400-page document. These guidelines describe eligibility rules, how loan applications must be completed and the company exhibits, documents, SBA forms, cash flow analysis and financial analysis that must accompany the loan application. The SBA's 7(a) loan guaranty and the 504 debenture programs as well as conventional commercial lending vary as to the packaging information and documents required and analysis format. Our principals have over 35 years experience in preparing loan packages which have led to a high approval rate for loans requested.
For those business owners who have the experience under their belt and feel confident in their business abilities; AMAGF also offers a self packaging digital system with all forms and instruction for compiling your business information into a loan request package and instructions on how to stack the information appropriately for a loan request submission.
Other services offered by AMAGF include consulting services to small business owners in conjunction with writing business plans, as well as education and training opportunities to help start and manage a small business.
